Terms of Service

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application or any component thereof.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Share, transfer, or otherwise grant access to your license to another person or entity.

3. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Application is a BYOK ("Bring Your Own Key") interface. With respect to API keys and third-party AI services:

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for obtaining, managing, and securing your API keys from third-party AI providers.
• API Costs: All costs associated with API usage from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) are billed directly by those providers to you. AnyModel bears no responsibility for API costs incurred.
• Provider Terms: Your use of third-party AI services through the Application is governed by those providers' respective terms of service and acceptable use policies.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API keys. AnyModel is not liable for unauthorized use of your API keys.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

AnyModel provides the Application on an "as-is" basis. We expressly disclaim liability for:

• AI Hallucinations: AnyModel is not responsible for inaccurate, misleading, or false information generated by AI models. AI-generated content should be independently verified before reliance.
• API Data Costs: AnyModel is not responsible for unexpected, excessive, or disputed API billing from third-party providers. Monitor your usage directly through provider dashboards.
• Data Loss: AnyModel is not responsible for loss of locally stored data. We recommend maintaining regular backups of important conversations.
• Third-Party Service Outages: AnyModel is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party AI providers.
• Decisions Based on AI Output: AnyModel is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Application to:

• Generate, transmit, or distribute illegal content.
• Violate the acceptable use policies of third-party AI providers.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access systems without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AnyModel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
• AnyModel's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• These limitations apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

8. Termination

These Terms and your license to use the Application may be terminated:

• By You: You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscriptions.
• By AnyModel: We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
